SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Nordik space ships worldwide, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan. If you are located in the United Arab Emirates you must provide your PO Box address when placing your order.
PROCESSING TIMES
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. If for some reason processing times are longer than usual, we will notify you via email. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
We use expedited shipping service that arrives within 1-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
We use air shipping service that arrives within 3-8 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use air shipping service that arrives within 6-18 business days from the date your order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS
We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately we have no control over that, it all deals with laws and regulations in your respective country. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Nordik Space is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you experience any difficulties while entering your Shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email info@nordikspace.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If a customer makes an error in entering their shipping address during the checkout process, Nordik Space reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.
